Full Marketing Management

Compass Group USA x Princeton University

Princeton, NJ

OVERVIEW: I was brought on by Compass Group USA to serve as Marketing Manager across multiple hospitality operations at Princeton University, including Prospect House, Palmer House, and Mosaic, a fine dining concept located within the new Princeton University Art Museum. This role required a hybrid marketing approach, balancing traditional, in-person strategies with selective digital efforts due to university restrictions. RESULTS (ONGOING) -Implemented a strategic content calendar for Mosaic, focusing on consistent, engaging social media growth. -Developed new photography and videography assets across all properties to elevate marketing materials. -Redesigned Prospect House menus and began website improvements to enhance user experience. -Supported marketing and promotional efforts for major university events, including the 2026 Princeton Art Museum Gala. -Contributed to a refreshed guest experience at Palmer House through modernized interior enhancements. -Launched targeted digital initiatives for Mosaic, including social media management and paid advertising. THE CHALLENGE: Each property presented unique marketing challenges. Prospect House faced strict limitations on digital promotion, requiring a stronger focus on physical and experiential marketing to increase traffic to the Sally Frank Café and private events. Palmer House, a historic bed and breakfast, needed increased visibility and modernization while maintaining its traditional character. Mosaic, as a newly established restaurant, required brand development and audience engagement through digital channels to build awareness and attract guests. STRATEGY & EXECUTION: Prospect House – Physical & Experiential Marketing With digital channels limited, I focused on enhancing in-person marketing strategies and improving the overall presentation of offerings. This included redesigning menu formats, producing updated photography and videography for promotional materials, and supporting event marketing initiatives for high-profile occasions such as the 2026 Princeton Art Museum Gala. I also began implementing updates to the website to improve usability and better communicate offerings, with continued enhancements in progress. Palmer House – Brand Refresh & Guest Experience To increase appeal while preserving its historic charm, I contributed to updating the interior experience through thoughtful design improvements. This included introducing modern décor elements and upgraded technology to enhance guest comfort while maintaining the property’s traditional identity, helping reposition Palmer House for today’s audience. Mosaic – Digital Growth & Content Strategy For Mosaic, I developed and implemented a structured social media content calendar, focusing on high-quality, engaging content—particularly short-form video and reels. The strategy highlights not only the culinary experience but also the personal relationships between staff and guests, creating a more human, connection-driven brand presence. In addition, I manage digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads, to expand reach and drive traffic. IMPACT: This ongoing partnership with Compass Group and Princeton University is actively strengthening the marketing foundation across multiple hospitality properties. By combining creative content, strategic branding, and adaptive marketing approaches within a highly regulated environment, these efforts are positioning each location for sustained growth, increased engagement, and a more refined guest experience with continued developments still underway.

DD Safety Consulting LLC

Bayonne, NJ

OVERVIEW: I partnered with DD Safety Consulting LLC, a consulting firm specializing in construction safety and OSHA compliance, to establish a professional digital presence and cohesive brand identity. With experience contributing to high-profile projects such as the Apple Fifth Avenue Flagship Store and TSX Broadway, the company had a strong portfolio but lacked the foundational marketing tools needed to effectively showcase their expertise and attract new clients. RESULTS: Successfully launched a fully functional, professional website establishing DD Safety Consulting LLC’s online presence Created a cohesive brand identity, including logo and color palette, improving overall professionalism and recognition Enhanced the company’s ability to showcase high-profile project experience and core services Improved visibility and credibility, positioning the company for future growth and client acquisition THE CHALLENGE: DD Safety Consulting LLC did not have a website or established branding, limiting their visibility and credibility in a competitive industry. Without an online presence, they were unable to properly highlight past projects, communicate their services, or capture new business opportunities. Additionally, there was no cohesive visual identity to reinforce professionalism or brand recognition. WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT: I designed and developed a clean, user-friendly website from the ground up, ensuring it clearly communicated the company’s services, expertise, and project experience. The site was structured to be informative yet streamlined, allowing potential clients to quickly understand the value of DD Safety Consulting LLC while providing an easy path to inquiry and contact. BRAND IDENTITY CREATION: To establish a strong and consistent brand presence, I created a new logo and selected a cohesive set of brand colors that reflect professionalism, safety, and reliability. This visual identity was applied across the website and supporting materials to ensure consistency and strengthen brand recognition. ONGOING EFFORTS: Following the launch of the website and branding, I began implementing email marketing campaigns aimed at reaching new clients and expanding the company’s network within the construction industry.

Social Media Impact

Middletown Sports Complex

Middletown, NJ

OVERVIEW: My task was to increase visibility, engagement, and attendance across several of MSC’s major initiatives, including the promotion of their New Jersey Titans hockey program, the growth of SPARK Day Camp, and the marketing launch of their outdoor ice rink and Winter Wonderland attraction. The project required a combination of community marketing, digital strategy, creative content production, and brand development to effectively reach families and local sports fans. RESULTS: The combined marketing efforts produced strong growth across multiple areas of the organization: * 11% average month-to-month social media growth for SPARK Day Camp * 7% increase in summer camp registrations within two months, achieving the highest sign-ups in a year * 174% increase in overall monthly engagement across SPARK Day Camp’s social platforms * Tens of thousands of views per post on the outdoor rink campaign video series * Thousands of likes and a record engagement peak of 156,000 interactions on Middletown Sports Complex social media channels * Increased local awareness and community engagement for Titans hockey games through in-person promotional events THE CHALLENGE: Middletown Sports Complex needed stronger community awareness and more consistent engagement across their events and programs. The organization was looking to increase attendance at Titans games, grow summer camp registrations, and generate excitement around the opening of their new outdoor rink. Additionally, their marketing materials and social media presence lacked consistent branding and a cohesive visual identity. STRATEGY & EXECUTION: Community Promotion for the NJ Titans
Working closely with management, I developed in-person promotional opportunities to connect the team with the local community. Players attended popular events such as the Monmouth Moms Fall Festival where they interacted with families, handed out complimentary game tickets, and promoted upcoming games while representing the Middletown Sports Complex brand. Digital Growth for SPARK Day Camp
To drive summer registrations, I implemented a social media growth strategy focused on increased engagement and stronger visual storytelling. I managed content creation including photography, videography, and graphic design while introducing consistent branding across all platforms. The campaign also included influencer collaborations that expanded the camp’s reach to new audiences. ODR LAUNCH CAMPAIGN: For the launch of the outdoor ice rink and winter experience, I created promotional graphics and developed a social media video series that documented the construction and progress of the rink. This behind-the-scenes content helped build anticipation and excitement leading up to the grand opening. IMPACT: Through a combination of community-based promotion, strategic social media growth, and consistent branding, the marketing initiatives helped Middletown Sports Complex significantly expand its online presence, increase engagement, and drive measurable growth in both event awareness and program participation.

Social Media Engagement

Revline Customs

North Plainfield, NJ

OVERVIEW: I partnered with Revline Customs, a high-end vehicle wrapping and paint protection film specialist, to strengthen their digital presence and drive sales during the slower winter season. Known for working on luxury vehicles such as Lamborghinis and Corvettes, and contributing custom wraps for the model Formula 1 vehicles featured at the major New York City film premiere of F1, the brand had strong craftsmanship but needed a more strategic approach to marketing in order to consistently reach new audiences and convert interest into clients. RESULTS: -Increased monthly Instagram viewership from 20,000 to 58,000 views, sustained over multiple months. -Boosted average reel performance from about 5,000 views to 12,000–30,000 views per post. -Shifted audience reach from 20% non-followers to 75% non-followers, significantly expanding brand discovery -Achieved an overall 40% increase in social media engagement within the first 1.5 months. -Increased off-season sales from 7 clients per month to 11 clients per month for the time of our partnership. -Successfully combined organic and paid strategies to improve both awareness and conversions. THE CHALLENGE: Revline Customs experienced slower sales during the winter months and needed to increase both visibility and customer acquisition. Their social media presence lacked consistency in posting, engagement strategy, and content optimization, while their advertising efforts required a more targeted and data-driven approach to effectively reach high-intent customers. STRATEGY & EXECUTION Content Expansion & Social Media Strategy -My first priority was increasing content output to drive engagement and visibility. I developed a consistent posting schedule and worked alongside photographer Silvino Cadima to produce high-quality, curated content. We focused heavily on behind-the-scenes footage of vinyl wrap and paint protection film installations, utilizing Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses to capture immersive, first-person perspectives. This unique angle provided viewers with an up-close look at the craftsmanship, helping differentiate Revline from competitors. These clips were then optimized into short-form reels tailored for Instagram and TikTok algorithms. Audience Targeting & Engagement -To further expand reach, I leveraged niche Facebook groups to connect with highly targeted audiences interested in automotive customization. I also revamped social media captions by incorporating strong calls-to-action, strategic hashtags, and consistent website linking to drive traffic and conversions. Additionally, I implemented an active engagement strategy—interacting with other businesses and communities—to organically expand Revline’s visibility. Paid Advertising Strategy -Alongside organic growth efforts, I launched and managed a targeted Google Ads campaign with a monthly budget of $500. This included both primary search campaigns and retargeting strategies focused on vinyl wrapping and commercial services, ensuring Revline reached high-intent users actively searching for these offerings. IMPACT: Through a combination of innovative content creation, strategic audience targeting, and data-driven advertising, Revline Customs significantly expanded its digital reach and improved off-season sales performance. By showcasing the craftsmanship behind their work in a more immersive and engaging way, the brand is now positioned to consistently attract new, high-quality clients while continuing to grow its presence in the competitive automotive customization market.
